This was the second edition of the program and a lot of research and diligence had gone into developing the overall schedule.
Thank you for giving us this opportunity and kudos to ET team for curating a program on a very relevant topic. Came back enriched with new learnings and some key insights and wanting more.
The Program was truly hi-quality in all respects. Sessions were engaging and covered diverse / relevant topics applicable in the life of a CEO. This included ways to improve Emotional Intelligence by developing self-awareness; the inter relationship between culture building by a founder and achieving excellence in execution of strategy and criticality of supply chain optimisation.
The sessions covered all facets of the business such as operations, strategy, marketing, organisation behaviour & HR. It also had a session on personal improvement, which is well appreciated, as we also have to manage ourselves during turbulent times! The session and content were well thought of and the delivery style of case studies is very effective.
It was indeed a very well curated program and one which was very relevant and our 2 days well spent. The learnings were extremely relevant and on my part I can share that I identified many books to read, topics to go further deeper and identified my own shortcomings which I will now consciously work on.
